Crucible Cybersecurity Compliance is a principal-led cybersecurity and compliance firm based in Boston. We work for financial institutions and the firms that serve them, with clients across the United States.

Banks, credit unions, lenders and servicers, and the law firms, title and settlement agents and technology providers that handle their customers' information.
What we do
We work out which security and privacy rules apply to your firm, such as the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR 314) or New York's 23 NYCRR 500, and where you fall short. Then we close the gaps: we write the policies, work with your IT provider and document each fix. If you want, we then run the program month to month. A principal leads every engagement and does the work.
How an engagement starts
It starts with a thirty-minute call with the principal who would lead the work. If we go ahead, the first two weeks are a fixed-fee assessment that ends with a meeting with your leadership on what applies and what to fix first.
